Yep. The WBA accept payment for sanctioned fights well before the bouts happen. Don't let Ash convince you that rankings mean anything though, as the logical thing for the WBA to do is offer the Titles to those bouts most likely to generate massive PPV's.

The higher the likely cash generated, the higher the sanctioning fee.

Mundine can have his ranking at whatever... it really means diddley squat in the end.

Yep. These new rankings by the WBA have as much credibility as me running for the next election as Prime Minister. Total farce.

Being able to attain a ranking (and unbelievably at no. 2), when a guy has never fought (let alone make weight) is just mind boggling. Khoder clearly has some great connections with those WBA clowns.

If anyone had any doubts that Ratings are for sale, this should clear that up.

Anyone that believes that this is a fair & logical assessment of the divisions best Lt Middy's, they should persue a sport that is much less complicated,,, like skipping.
