He had problems making weight? But even then. He had time enough to rehydrate after that.
Because I assume he drank enough water before and during the fight

About time Arslan retires, age has caught up with him, he won't be able to beat the top guys anymore.

They said he lost about 8 litres of water during the fight.

8 liters is a lot really.

It was a good and competitive fight till the 11 th round. Hereliuis was the busier fighter especially early on. Maybe he was moving so much on purpuse to use Arslan's age. I will have to rewatch the fight but somehow I was surprised that Arslan suddenly stopped throwing. Nothing suggested this would happen.

I hope that Arslan will recover completely and congratulations to Herelius.

It was the hottest day in germany this year and in Stuttgart it was hotter than 30 C. According to ZDF the air conditioner of the venue was broken, so during the Arslan-Herelius-fight it was hotter than 30 C inside, too, and the humidity was very high.

Maybe that was an issue, too.

Seems a little exaggerated. Although it had a pretty fast pace, this fight hardly was Holyfield vs. Qawi...
