That fight was a joke but at least it meant nothing and was basically an exhibition for a charitable cause. Semi-main event?...who cares, it was rubbish and would still be rubbish if it was the opening bout.

Green v Siaca was a bigger joke in a bigger picture. Danny lives in a glass house.

It wasn't billed as an exhibition fight before the night, it was used as a selling point for a pathetic main event - false advertising.

Also, I don't recall Green ever fighting someone who was 0-0-0 who had obviously never trained in his life.

I disagree. I think there should be more of these "fights" on these shows.

Get a Tranny in there against a raging Dyke, or couple of poofs. Anything to seperate a serious boxing event from a bells & whistles boxing show.

Those executive (Collar & tie guys) matches they have deliver more entertainment.

**** me,,,the general public, including fans, don't seem to get that what they are fighting for is finacial expansion of their portfolio's.

An experienced referee said to me a fair while back "Things are changing pops. That gig I had the other night, in the 5th round the local bloke got in close & said to the import "right hand after the jab". Sure enough down the bloke went, & didn't/wouldn't get up.
It (The warning) was so audible, I had a battle keeping a straight face"

I've seen trainers subbing for dropouts with their own boys put on better & more believable shows.

Charlie Zelenoff has been looking for an opponent for a while. The 'Train' is a welter I think. Reckon the fag with the yellow man-bag might be a good match-up for him.

Danny Green never makes a good point because most of the time he's a hypocrite.

disagree beaver.his point is still valid even though hes a hypocrite i know hes using Mundines name to raise his profile like he has the last 10 years but i seen that Hogan guy on the news he was woeful.the fact he was on the news instead of Leapai is even more laughable.

Here we go, the Green haters/Mundine nuthuggers unable to see:
  • the fact that SBW's fight was not billed as an exhibition but was instead used to sell the pathetic main fight;
  • the difference between SBW fighting Zero Fight Untrained FAT CUNT and Danny Green fighting 0-3-0 Trained Boxer in his 3rd pro fight

i mean a Danny Green who had an amateur career represented his country in the Olympic Games as opposed to league/union with no boxing background player fighting as a promotional gimmick to pay back a debt.
