I've told y'all... you can't change the odds on a bet option for existing bets, only future ones. Any time you make a bet, it is locked into those odds.

Trying to mess around with odds after they're set only brings trouble. You didn't want to believe me!

In a different thread on this part of the forum I explained this very thing to someone else just recently (PH|LLA), so I got the two advisements mixed up.

The bottom line is you shouldn't do it (for a variety of reasons). You were told, PH|LLA was told, nobody ever listens.

That's exactly how things get jumbled in the first place, when you edit the date of an event or one of the options after people have already actively placed bets on it. The order gets all out of whack and it's a bitch to get it right, especially the more bet options there are. It's a shitty glitch, but we have to live with it until the creators of VBookie release a version that doesn't have it.

Oh ya, that happened

It would not take the changes....but nothing got screwed up at all....I have adjusted odds before....would have to check to see if they look or not....in any event, it has never messed with one of my events.
