I do know for sure though, that while we have this multitude of Organisations the actual sporting side of boxing will continue to take a back seat to the business end.

The promotions are not responsible for the belts attached. The promoters are the responsible parties.

The Governing Bodies are the 3rd party involved in fights. Most of them will attach a belt to a tree if paid, yet both fight camps remain ahead in the fault stakes.

I think what surprises me most is that fans thought this was never going to come to this conclusion.
All this bullshit & bluster of these "Entertainment" fights were/are clones of so many other sports that have gone down this road.
It starts as Amateur, then professional, then Entertainment.
