This question is irrelevant b/c things are completely different now in terms of the sports popularity and how money is made. Back then when boxing was a top sport and so many fighters were known despite their record, people still tuned in. Today, boxing is pretty much at the bottom of watched sports among the general public and people only want to see undefeated fighters b/c that 0 supposedly means you're really good. Otherwise, you're a scrub.
Fighting everyone back then was probably more essential to keep that money coming in. However, Floyd doesn't need to fight like that b/c he makes so much money each fight, he really doesn't have a reason to risk it. I'm sure guys back then would probably be doing the same thing today if they were dealing with these promoters. But like all of you, i hate this about him. Unfortunately, this is the reality we are faced with. |

Really, whether the intention is good or bad, it looks more like a smokescreen to delay a match with Pacquiao.
It's really hard to fathom why so many people can't see it as clear as day. |

Genuine. Somewhere between all of Pac's camp's excuses for dodging the full random tests, Floyd saw something fishy happening with boxers possibly cheating. He believed that he had a good thing going with Pac running from stricter tests, and stuck with it.
Now it has caught on. Good for him, and the cleanliness of our great sport

Buchanan didn't view Duran as any type of threat, thought he was slow. Of course, this was a crude-as-fuck Duran who had yet to learn to utilize his jab and feints.

well according to some flomos, it's not really pure muscles. it's water so floyd's excuse and saying he could not fight pacquiao even for next year doesn't hold any water.

The sad part is someone like Canelo or a Broner is a couple of wins against bums away and people are going to be comparing them to those guys I mentioned |
