If catchweights actually benefit the opposing fighter then WHY does team Pac keep requesting them despite claiming he's a natural 140 lb guy now? Obviously it does have some benefit to Pac or else he and his team wouldn't request them

ok but did he said that he lost 15 pounds and he is not focused on fighting right now? also, did he turned down 50's initiative of making the pac fight for early next year?

Team Pac does this for advantages, which to me is tainted.. If your gonna challenge a bigger guy, then you add the weight, but instead make him come down in weight.

I think PBF is a bitch and is probably playing mind games, but after seeing pac's reaction, I'm sure he is a little suspicious now.
i have only given blood once. never had the chance to give one again. sure, 450ml is way higher than the required volume needed for pac testing, but then again having taken that much blood left me with weakened legs that same night. go figure.

pac-morales 1--- pac came up from 126 to fight morales at 130. in that fight, both agreed to rematch clause at 130. pac also unknowingly conceded to em's demand to wear winning gloves for that fight.

pac-morales 2---morales wanted to change the contracted weight to a catchweight, pac refused.

pac-morales 3---erik again wanted a catchweight above 130, pac answered with 130 or no fight. ironic that this is where pac was first accused of draining fighters, by not agreeing to catchweight.

The catchweights aren't so much the issue.

Pac fights DLH after he loses to PBF and looks like shit / gets rocked by Steve Forbes (broken orbital)

Pac fights Hatton when Hatton clearly looks like shit, almost getting KO'd in every fight after PBF

Pac fights Margarito after Marg's gets dominated by Mosley and then looks like shit versus tomato can (I guess boxing is hard without that plaster for Margs)

Who is Joshua Clottey? To this day, nobody knows why Pac and him fought.

Mosley gets the fight after getting dominated by PBF and looking like horrid shit at 154 vs Mora

Pac fights Cotto after Cotto gets plastered (literally) and is given a gift decision versus Clottey - where Cotto was clearly SHOT and NOT recovered from the plaster beating

Pac gets shit because he fights people who are shadows of themselves. Fighting Bradley was the first time he fought someone in their prime since like JMM 2.

Also, he won't take a blood test.

Nonetheless, I still enjoy watching him. Let's just not make him out to be an ATG, because he isn't.
pac is an all time great... no one accomplished what he has so yeah he is an all time great. his resume is also an all time great resume. in the entire history of the sport i dont think i can truelly pick a resume that is better then his... maybe one or two boxers... maybe.

wins are all that matter in the grand scheme of things.

pac will be remembered for knocking motherfuckers, not cotto or margo coming in at a catchweight on the day before a fight..

deal wiyh it

Yeah he's not focused right now and didn't want to fight in late 2012. He still can fight next year. By the time Pac is available again, Floyd may be ready to sign

i give blood every chance i can (once every 3 months i believe)

i have never felt weakened from it. i excercise the next day to the fullest of my ability. its a myth that giving blood hinders you.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, if the 2 pounds didn't matter in Pacquiao vs. Cotto, they didn't matter in Mayweather vs. Marquez. Especially when you consider the beating Marquez put on Pacquiao at the same weight.
