I'd say the best opportunity other than Pacman would have been Mosley after he had beaten Hatton. But he retired and Mosley vs Cotto happened.

I do think he gets a tad too much stick but if he had fought Pacquiao in 09/10 only a fool could discredit him.

U forgot + in prime. If that is the case then Floyd has beaten plenty of ATGs. Oscar, Shane, JMM, possibly Corrales and Castillo but they are definitely Hofers.
