Anaobolic steroids are both anabolic and androgenic in varying ratios, the steroids act on receptors. In the muscle they have an anabolic effect, in other tissues androgenic. Hence the side effects.
There are also very few tests presenting solid scientific data on the efficacy of anabolic steroids as the doses needed to mimic the doses reported by users would be unethical due to the side effects. It's anecdotal when it comes to steroids. So I'd love to hear where you pulled this 100 times more potent than testosterone nonsense from.
