First off it listed 2009...

2nd of all Koncz is on 24/7 saying they agreed to 7 days...the video you showed was long after the fight with Margarito was signed so that's no good there...Floyd ended up fighting Ortiz a year later and then was calling out Manny and making legit offers from Nov-Jan. Arum originally claimed it was just for the week and to steal Pac's "shine" (lmfao)..Arum said Floyd would shut up after the fight week with Marquez...but Floyd kept calling him out even after...In fact...the fight was offered in November so Arum shoulda gotten off his fat ass and started making his fake ass 'temporary stadium' then...but he chose to duck Floyd and fight Bradley while Floyd had to fight Cotto...Arum then used the excuse, during the time of the "3rd" negotiations, that they would not have enough time to build it unless it was in June..so why the fuck did his fat ass not start back in November so he coulda made the May date...

So again, Koncz is on camera as saying they agreed to 7 days in the actual negotiations. None took place because there is no room for any days as you have seen so there was no reason to negotiate.

So keep trying pactard but when it came down to it, he only agreed to 7 days.

Your losing my points...there may have been representatives involved...but what I'm saying is that Floyd himself backed out once they went to 7 days. Do you not get, after 3 1/2 years, and after the mediation, that there is 0 tolerance for the drug testing.

If i say there is 0 tolerance and you say 7 days from the get go, the first 5 minutes of negotiations, then I have nothing left to talk to you about as your not going to budge off your 7 day stance. It's clear this is the case as Floyd told them that there would be no cutoff if anything took place in the future, and to this day he has kept his same stance. So if there is 0 tolerance for any cutoff, then I'm out. Sure, Floyd can leave representatives to talk and see where things would go with money, gloves, ring size, etc...but there is no "talks" really as you did not agree to something that I have 0 tolerance for, thus I'll leave my promoters and reps discuss it here to see what can be done, but I'm not doing shit as your not agreeing to something I have 0 tolerance for.

He doesn't see that Floyd bounced out as quick as he sat down. They went right into what stopped the fight the prior time. Floyd told em they'd have to agree with no cutoff and when they responded with 7 days (as Koncz from Team Pacquiao said they did) Floyd had nothing left to talk about. There was "no room" for any "cutoff" at all and when they tried their stupid 7 day shit, Floyd laughed at em and bounced out as quick as they tried to sit down and get it done.
