Who trains wearing a groin & mouth gaurd?

I have noticed when watching the boxing that some of the boxers mess around with thier groin gaurd and whilst at Phillips gym he also brought my attention to it. How many of you that actually train wear your gear whilst training?

i like to get all the new guys to train wiith there gear on for about 2 weeks before there first fight just to get them use to it.

mouth guard always , even hitting mitts and speed bag, getting used to breathing with a sheild is hard if you never get used to doing it , it has to become second nature..

Always wear a mouthguard when sparring ! but i often pop it in during other training to get used to it

Groin guard, dont wear unless it's full all out sparring, even then i may not bother

I'm off to the gym today guys

I know it's not as exciting as the currrent news thats floating around but it is for me. It will be the first time I get in the ring with a professional world title holder

. AND it's all in the name of Australian Boxing

I had a box on the pads in the ring with Phillip it was sooooo cool, I loved it but didn't like the exercises to much. I think I will be a bit sore tomorrow.
