Because he hasn't faced a fighter anywhere near Tommy Hearns caliber. Not so much weaknesses as stylistic problems.
another hypothetical as long as floyd is kicking ass and taking names in his era there is no one and I mean no one from another era that could kick his ass. now if he gets beat during his era then you have a case but until that happens you sound stupid.

Like Sweet Pea said, Thomas Hearns would be the nest fighter he ever fought. Hearns has the longer reach and he can stick those long arms of his out there and hit Floyd. Even if he's just banging off Floyd's gloves most of the time, he has enough strenght to back Floyd up and impresse the judges. Floyd's going to have to get on the inside of Hearns and try to connect with some shots, but when he's delevering shots, he's going to have to take some punishment from Hearns.
has hearns ever fought a fighter like floyd, the closest was sugar ray and we all know how that turned out

[quote=brooklyn1550] Absolutely right - Floyd is the GOAT and nobody would beat him.

Hearns? Leonard? Duran? Whitaker? Robinson? Give me a break - all of them have lost fights before

Hearns was beaten by Leonard who was worse than Mayweather. Duran was a quitter and Sweet Pea was afraid to get hit.

How many other fighters have had 6 titles in 5 weight classes while remaining undefeated?

Don't worry I'll wait

They lost fights because they fought the best at their primes. There are some undefeated young fighters now at their prime that Floyd has to beat before I call him GOAT. Leonard is not worse than Mayweather. I don't think Mayweather beats Leonard at 147. Some people here are crazy for Mayweather, give the man some time to prove that he's GOAT.

Tommy Hearns is 6'3", Mayweather is 5'8". It's gonna be tough for Mayweather to get past Hearn's jab.

Floyd cannot win this fight. Hearns outboxes him, Hearns sure as hell out brawls him. That Jab and straight right would be in Floyd's nightmares. If Mayweather lasts the distance in this one I would give him major props.

Yeah he was OUTBOXING Leonard until Sugar bit the bullet and went for the stoppage, you think Floyd has the power or the balls to trade with Hearns? Of course deep down inside you don't, but your dick is so hard for Floyd you won't admit it on here.
