They wouldn't trade him straight up for Howard seeing as how he looks to be the next Howard, minus the ego, and he's only 19. The numbers he is putting up right now, in the limited play time he is getting, are ridiculous.

Just read this article. His numbers are on par with the numbers Shaq put up as a rookie.

That's because Howard plays 36 minutes per game while Drummond only plays 20. If you compare their numbers per minutes, Drummond's have been better, and he's only 19 years old.

There's no question Howard is better now, but he was commenting on Drummond's potential. He has the potential to become an absolute monster. Once he improves his stamina, rotations, and develops a real post-game, watch out. His ceiling is higher than Davis imo.

He also needs to learn to shoot free throws. He makes Shaq look like JJ Redick.

In two years, with Drummond, Monroe, B.Knight, Singler, etc. Detroit will be a legit contender. Drummond and Monroe will be the best frontcourt if they stay together.

The numbers don't match. LA would have to take a bad contract, like Charlie Villenueva's, to make it work. They still have their amnesy clause, so it would work.

He makes Pistons fans wish it was Ben Wallace at the charity stripe instead

Just saw the Warriors - Rockets score. What an ass whooping. You know Lin was gonna be up for it against his former team that got rid of him.

The Lakers don't need MWP. Earl Clark is saving their season.

When is the last time we have seen a perimeter player as efficient as Lebron has been this season? I think it has been a while.

Off the top of my head, I know Jordan had some seasons hovering around 54 percent from the field. Tony Parker had a 55 percent season. Dantley had some ridiculous field goal percentages as well. Pretty sure he had some seasons with a field goal percentage higher than LeBron's current mark.

LeBron at 56 percent is remarkable, though. The 40 percent from three is a nice improvement as well. It's amazing how efficient both he and Durant are.

Moreso Durant since he takes more difficult shots. Lebron doesn't take many bad shots, and that, too, is an art.
