I know this sounds odd but I'm interested in a Thabo-Brewer combination for perimeter defense. Both arent scorers but Russ-Thabo-KD-Ibaka-dead weight C and Brewer to help out off the bench on D sounds good to me. Loved Brewer on Bulls but he cant make a J to save his life though his defense will take pressure off Russ and KD. Especially Russ I see too many times where PGs get 20+ on Thunder dont get Russ. Also interested in how Maynor to backup Lill works and if Robinson develops on Houston which is shaping up to be a decent team this yr.

It is unacceptable.
Kobe said he'd be their Tyson Chandler and the third option. If I was Howard I'd be pissed too. TBF Kobe has been playing efficiently lately but it shouldn't have took him the 2nd half of the season to do so. May be a little too late.

Plus do we really need to go through another "Dwightmare"? Not sure what Lakers should've done but no guarantee he stays.

To be honest though, not many teams are gonna trade for a person who isn't signed long term, especially a Dwight who they have no sign that he might actually stay.

They say the Nets and Dallas are trying hard to get him with the Rockets as a dark horse for him or Josh.

He doesn't deserve it much. He doesn't do anything other than shoot. He's lucky to be in the NBA.

Have you ever gone to a bar, and there's a hot bartender, and there's that one guy all of whose favorite drinks she knows, but they aren't friends? Like, she flirts with him for tips, and he's clearly in there all the time to hit on her or something, but they will obviously never, under any circumstances, speak to each other when she is not working? And it's super awkward, and you just want to grab that guy and yell "She works here, she has to talk to you! You will never have *** with her! You will never even be friends with her! It's never going to happen!"

Whenever I talk myself into the Knicks being good, I feel like I'm being that guy.

You Laker girls should kidnap steph curry then you can get that 8th seed. Houston will win more games than you. Utah might go .500.

I am certain Kobe never said that , but if so instead of a statue outside of Staples they should hang a bronze cast of his testicles.

In Kobe's defense also Howard has missed or hasn't finished around 10 games because of injuries & hasn't been exactly 100% this seaon (which he admits). Nash has missed about 20 games as well.

They are getting healthy & he has had to adjust his game to accomodate his new teammates & things are looking better.

I'd prefer taking my chances with Howard than be at this point worrying about Bynum's shaky knees & wondering whether to give him the long term near max deal he wants.

I wish the Sixers the best with Bynum

A brief glance at the remaining schedules I am not confident about catching the Rockets as they seem to have a fairly weak schedule. 6 games against the Suns & Kings alone .

But the Warriors (**** the Spurs & Pop) & the Jazz are the teams I'll be watching . Despite beating the Spurs the Warriors are 4-6 in their last 10 ,seem to have the tougher schedule plus the Lakers get 2 shots at them.
