Lest we forget Georges Carpentier had one of the deadliest right hab=nds ever for a LH..
He flattened the TOUGH Ted Kid Lewis with one right cross, and Carpentier kod two British top heavyweights of that time Bomb. Billy Wells [2] and Joe Beckett, in the first round with that laser right hand...Yes Dempsey who was told by Tex Rickard to allow
Carpentier to last a few rounds to give the 80,000 fans a run for their money, was
rocked by a Carpentier right blast...Dempsey regained his composure said to himself,
"screw this" and went to work pronto, giving Carpentier a bad ko for his troubles...
