Default Motivation gets you going, Habit keeps you going.

Wassup everybody

I'm going to start Muay Thai tomorrow for a couple of different reasons: Need a self-esteem boost, need to get of my ass, to get in shape and most of all because it's fun.

I'm going to write my workouts and diet in this log. Since chrismas I have eaten Pizza and the sorts 3-4 times a week, because my friend keeps on giving it to me for free, the *******

My goals: to train 4-5 times a week, to slowly sort my diet out and to just have fun and learn the sport.

Wednesday 28.02.2012

I didn't do **** sat on my **** all day.

ate healthy though. can't wait for tomorrow.

Saturday 31.02.2012

Exercise
15 minutes jumping rope. last 5 minutes - 15 sec sprint 15 sec nice and easy.
5 minutes stretching.
Squat.
Deadlift.
30 burpees as fast as possible.

Diet
Breakfast: two eggs and two pieces of rye bread.
Lunch: rice and carrots in curry sauce and a piece of ryebread with fish.
Snack: Two pieces of brownie
Dinner: Salmon, rice and salad. Drank a coke though.

Notes
I was actually tired after the exercise. That's a good sign though.
Diet was a bit ****. But it was family dinner so couldn't refuse a coke. brownie was unnecessary though.
All in all it was fine considering i'm just starting out again.

Good luck with your training bro. I did Muay Thai and Boxing for several years and recently had to stop going cause of college/work/internship obligations. Hopefully I can get back into it in the coming months.

You training just for fitness or you planning on competing too?
