Default What now for Kessler

Kessler was pretty impressive in that fight againts Joe. He lacked of killer instinct and was too technical but thats only points he can work on in the gym.

What should he do now?

He can't really make the weight anymore so what will it be?

I would go with a fight with the winner of Diaconu-Dawson or Tarver.

What? Because he made it perfectly? Don't read too much into the fact that he had to shed some clothes, he was within a pound of target.

Beat Bute and regain his titles after JC moves up. He only needs a couple of more fights at 168 and he's a legend

Have a stay-busy/tune-up type fight and get back in there for a title.

Kessler should go back to Denmark find his balls and fight Joe again. Joe proved to be the smarter fighter. Kessler proved to be the stunned fighter.

It'll never happen. What's the point in retracing old ground? Same result.

From what I've seen of Bute so far he's a poor man's Calzaghe, so this would definitely make for an interesting matchup.

Mikkel already has a good win over Mundine and I clearly see him beating the other contenders like Froch, Lacy, Green and Inkin.

Re-establishing himself at 168 before moving up 175 is the right route for Kessler to take

What makes you all think Bute will take Kessler.

Calzaghe is going to vacate some of his belts, Kessler should go back to getting them.

He should go for Bute straight away to establish himself as no.1 at 168. Calzaghe will move up now, so this would be posssible. Then he can beat maybe Froch, Inkin, Mundine, Hanshaw or even Green. That's his 168 legacy complete. Then move to 175 and fight Dawson
