Run - but did a slow time - felt one paced. Skipping. Shadow Boxing. Heavybag. Floor to celing ball. Pads. (cannot use my speedball cause I bust it last month by over inflated it) ![]() Press Ups Sits Ups Pull Ups Bench Press Dumbell Curls. Dumbell Hammer Curls. Dumbell Snatch Lift. Various Medicine Ball Excercises. etc etc etc etc etc |

Bought a new form of ceretine type pills. Which I have started taking.
Hopefully - they have a good effect on me - too early to judge at the moment - cause only started taking them. I like to take them - to improve physical stength and muscle , etc - but also - they help you recover quciker and better - which I think is a great help - rather than suffer with stiffness and fatigue for a couple of days after a full work out. |
