Huge props also to Rob McCracken, excellent trainer. Even during the introductions he was constantly talking to Carl, drilling the gameplan into him over and over again and was giving him great advice between rounds.

I think his success can be attributed to him being a Forest Fan. Look at who the best golfer in the world is, Lee Westwood, a Forest fan. Forest Fans are winners in life.

I respect Froch, always have, he has a lot of real courage. He fights anywhere, was robbed in his fight with Kessler. Froch should not allow Ward to cheat him. Ward refused to fight in the tournament unless he got all his fights in his home town, with his personal referee and judges. He can beat Ward though.

He came across very well in his post-fight interview, especially with his comments on Johnson. I wish he'd be like this all the time. He's beginning to win me over.
