Well PPV numbers (in the USA and world wide) are relovant in terms of negotiating purse splits and such. Floyd's argument way back was that he deserved the bigger split b/c he was "the main man" - that has since changed. If and when Manny finally agrees to completely random testing Floyd won't be able to continue ducking by saying "I want 55%" - he'll have no justification.

His gate only makes more because he CHARGES more per seat in those swanky Vegas casinos. Floyd has never fought in front of more than 20K people, Pac has fought in front of 40K more than once. So what's more important in terms of live gate - the number of people in attendance or what they're paying per seat?

The money. Which would mean what they're paying per seat since it's such a big difference in seating prices for a Vegas casino vs Cowboy Staduim.

i don't think ANYONE has ever argued that floyd is more popular than pacquiao...people only use the PPV numbers to show that floyd sells more PPV.

but nice try on the spin

Recognition (or world wide popularity): Pac

PPV Draw: Floyd

Pac's not far behind though.

Another stupid thread. If Floyd fought 2 fights this year this wouldn't even be a discussion. Floyd generates and makes more money. Manny is just more active. If you want to go by last 2 fights it's a different story. But nice agenda by only this year.

Manny has generated more money in 2010. Fact. Number of fights is irrelevant.

Lance I'm sorry I think youre an idiot who's a waste of my time. You're not on ignore. I just don't care to debate with you. You always go for the lowest form of intelligent debate and you talk in circles. You got my attention this time. Kudos. But simply youre a ****ing idiot. Don't be surprised if I never respond to you again. It's just that youve wasted enough of my time.

Agreed. I'm not spinning anything. Manny made more in 2010.

That's becasue you're a *****. You'll respond to this type of post, but when I ask you legit questions, you go out of your way to avoid them?

And that's what I did, asked you legit questions on a thread you started and you basically hid from it.

Yes, that makes you a ***** of the highest order. Basically you are running away from me and you know it.
