Karl has always the puncher's chance and he now fights in his division (was too drained at MW...) Mohammedi who recently looked competitive against Cleverly could tell something about his power for example...

I would be more confident in a Campillo win if his style wasn't so tentative. I wouldn't be surprised if he outboxes Karl all fight and loses a decision because Karl is more aggressive.

A guy who was stopped by Cleverly was chosen : Danny McIntosh. His record seems solid for a euro level fight since he has several defenses of various national titles...

Campillo declined, instead he will probably fight for the "regular" WBA title or something like that.

He hits hard, probably harder than guys like Kanfouah or Sahnoune for example. Not a world beater but he is clearly a test at euro level.
Karl hits hard but can he take a punch ? He didn't look very solid at MW but he looked like a skeleton and it was clear he was killing himself to make the limit... At LHW it seems things are a bit different for him. He has not a awkward style ala Mohammedi and it would be easier to beat him clearly on points but this McIntosh will have to be fully focused. If he beats Karl he will be a very deserving EBU champion. |

You may be right, since I don't know McIntosh I can't evaluate his chances.
Cleverly was able to connect but he is more skilled than Karl. Karl's victory over Mohameddi can seem impressive but it does not mean a rematch would give the same result. Mohammedi was overconfident and he paid the price but Karl has still to prove he can look competitive against a top euro level boxer for several rounds.
