one of the problems with SMW is that their are loads of fighters from the past who would have beaten our established best SMWs (jones, calzaghe, eubank, toney).

If SMW had existed from 1900, then none of these guys would be in the top ten of SMWs ever, except Jones. Man, Ottke would have become a pig farmer!

Every fighter has flaws. Jones has a Glass Jaw. For sure one Super Middleweight could land a 'lucky' punch like Tarver, Johnson, Green, Lebedev, etc managed to do.

Jones never fought a great Super Middleweight.

His Chin is a huge liability.

He was getting knocked out when he became washed up. In his prime his chin was good, his weight loss from heavyweight is what ruined his punch resistance.
