Top Rank need to be carefull with Peterson because he is vast becoming there 140lb Josh Clottey , shame actually i thought he'd kick on after a somewhat solid display against Bradley and actually beat Ortiz well .......... |

Prefer this fight to a needless rematch against prescott. I think katsidis is still a good fighter, he lost to a legend in marquez theres no shame in that but he needs a homecoming fight first before he takes on any one at world class level

I think you could say the same about Katsidis. I like him, just like other people do, because he comes to fight and he will give his best. But keeping that aside, Katsidis has always come up short in his big matches (Casamayor, Diaz, Marquez). Peterson also gives his best, but I guess he doesn't have the 'warrior' style for some?

People making out katsidis is a c level fighter are being harsh! he is defo a world class lightweight and without marquez he will give anybody a run for there money in the division.

Different types of fighter but Bradley will pressure Amir and after the trouble Maidana gave Khan this will be another good learning fight. He's faced a lot of boxer types and done well so a few pressure fighters will do him no harm. I'd much rather see Khan-Katsidis than Khan-Peterson. Let Ortiz and Peterson rematch instead. |

Definitely saying someone is C level because they couldnt beat a legend in marquez is ridiculous. Hes never gonna be the best lightweight who ever lived but he always gives his best and has had some good fights with top level fighters, his fight with marquez was fight of the year

I see Khan v Kat as a 50-50 fight if im honest. Maidana couldnt miss on the inside and Katsidis does his best work there. Michaels ability to cut the ring down is underrated too.

I'd rather see Katsidis - Hatton than Katsidis - Khan.
Khan - Marquez would be a good fight. And Katsidis a B/C level fighter? I'd say Kevin Mitchel was a B/C level fighter and Katsidis destroyed him. He's a world class fighter no doubt. He'll cause anyone in the world problems and if MArquez wasn't around he'd be world champ no doubt. |

. Gomez put Khan deep and so did Maidana. Another one will serve well.
