A Pearce/Maloney halves combination does have some potential.
Is Brian Smith signed up for next season? He was on a 3 year contract, and aside from his first season, he has been pretty stale.

On triple M tonight Andrew Johns was reporting back the half time brief from the Roosters shed and he said a 20 yr league veteran described Smiths talk as being in the top 5 sprays from a coach he has ever heard

He is signed till the end of 2013.

Me personally would like JT to take over as head coach, i think he did well with you guys and he has now more experience.

this coming from a fan of a team that claims to have the biggest membership base in the NRL yet never produces a big crowd at home.

How can you have 20,000+ Members yet only get 10,000 total people at a home game? oh thats right, the other 10,000 members are dead relatives.

There seemed to be more Doggies fans out there last night.
And still only 11K turned up. For 2 Sydney teams, one being the Dogs who are heavily supported and do travel, thats pathetic.

I know Roosters players wives, girl friends and relatives get a free seat and all, but I didnt know they had the whole Roosters bay to select from.
