Can someone explain to me why Bennett has to mentor Locky?

The cunt played his entire career under him...surely he could have picked up a few things along the way

Wally Lewis IMO is the best player i have ever seen in my
lifetime on the field what he lacked in flair he made up for
in smarts.as a coach he sucked balls Bennett will probably
mentor Locky on stuff like how to get the best out of his players etc. i guess.
