Get to back on my back heel once in a while... Dont throw my lefts from high enough, not sure why.. Just feels comfortable to me throwing hook and jab from lower angles, ****in stupid I know, not sure where that came from. Dont always bite my mouth piece.. Are these easy habits to break or not? Think if I just try it should not be to hard.. Getting ready for my first fight now, so the good trainers are paying more attention to my flaws.. Im pissed at myself for making rookie mistakes...

the mouthgaurd is easy. my problem is that i like to talk to people when i fight or box or wrestle or anything. like in the clinch ill talk to the guy or even when jabbing. so i always have my mouth open. now this worked for me. i do all my cardio work my while biting hard on my mouth piece. try it. it worked for me and its hard for me to break habits
