Default injured shoulder rehab

Hi all, not been on here for a while. Recently had my first fight and now have the time and dedication to correct a longtime shoulder injury. I feel there is no point in going back to boxing injured.

Its a long standing shoulder injury rotor cuff I believe which recent months has actually affected my neck badly. Any way I've had two weeks off and now just interested in rehabbing it. If I can be injury free by end of year I will be a happy man

I was looking at this and thinking of using it just wanted some opinions on it and any other advice

Thought this was good for a freebie
