I don't have a concussion. I had this for 13 years or so. I have also had MRI's CAT scans etc

Me neither, I haven't been hit cleanly lately. My doctor actually confirmed that it's my neck. If I train a lot I need to do a lot of rotating and stretching with my neck otherwise I get these headaches. I'm not sure what causes it, but that's how I prevented it in the past.

Don't say sparring because that is one of my reasons already. I just want to know in a scientific way.

Presumably by "power" you are referring to punching power. In any case, if you have to ask that means you don't have it. If you are a puncher, you should have noticed by now that you can hit the heavybag harder than anybody in the gym, including men who are much larger than you. You would also have noticed that when you are sparring your opponents tend to fall down when you hit them.

Funny, almost everyone I've ever trained with comments on how I can hit, and yet I've only completely laid someone out in sparring once.

Perfect the lefthook to the body. Then you will start to see bodies falling to the canvass, if indeed you are a puncher. Knocking out sparring partners with headshots is generally frowned upon in most gyms.

These things are skewed for the light. 1.5 times my weight is an easy, easy bench, right above a warm up set, which is about ten pounds above my weight. Twice my weight is very hard and something I've only bothered to do a few times to prove I could. Yet there is a balance in all things. I never try to squat more than 1.5 times my weight, when I ever do squat.

This has no reflection at all on power. Tall skinny guys with good leverage and placement can sometimes hit harder than short guys who can bench three times as much.

Sure. Because nothing shows you're good at punching like slowly pushing large weights in the air

It translates into bullshit power. Nobody in the history of boxing has increased their punching power.
