Witherpoon was a very good fighter who could have beaten Holmes.
Too bad Holmes didn't rematch him when Spoon should have gotten even better. Young Foreman would have had too much power for Spoon. Foreman in 6 by TKO. |

witherspoon had class but when was his peak, how consistant was it? Did he even have a peak? Tim's best performance was a fight he lost. The best fight he won (bruno) he looked sloppy. He always lacked something. A great car with no wheels or great wheels with no tyres.
Tim did not Kayo that many contenders, George kayoed champions. |
