Young Foreman would win by a late TKO, and Old Foreman would probably lose every round.

My post from 2010:

I would have no doubts about picking '91 Holy to beat '03 Lewis. In this match-up, I think Foreman's piston-like ramrod jab potentially trumphs the overrated pawing one of Vitali & this version of Old George would land enough heavyhanded bombs to cut open the paper-skinned Vitali & rock him several times. Body punching could be important, as George landed some debilitating body shots on Holy & Vitali was gassed come round 5 against Lewis, likely due to the small amount of powerful body punches landed by the Champion. Do not be fooled by Foreman's weight, he was highly motivated going into his fight for the Undisputed Title with Evander & trained exceptionally hard for war. George would have the sheer physical strength to overpower Vitali in the clinches (initiated by VK), once he becomes fatigued & hurt as he did against Lewis. Ultimately, I predict Foreman wins via late cuts stoppage. However, Vitali might be ahead on the judge's cards (especially if the judges are bias), so Klit-huggers would claim their hero "won the event" & "would have KO'd him in a rematch".

No version of Foreman could beat Vitali, barring a freakish cut or injury. The technical and defensive gap is too large.

young and old Foreman loses to Vitali. Yet the young Foreman would beat Vlad and the old would lose to Vlad. Foreman lost to Morrison. How is going to beat Vitali?

Foreman of April 1991 was still a serious mother at 257 pounds, but was slowed cuz of weight and age... However, he still has what it takes to go 10 rds with a 2003 V.K. and create quite a stir...

I sense a thriller with both men being rocked throughout the event. My pick is a draw over 10 rds....

Foreman is my # 6 dude on the ATG heavyweight list and V.K. is # 7... Real close calls here...

Foreman busts him up with a thudding a jab and beats him down late.

Prime Vitali was extremely difficult to hit and had underrated speed. A tall, lanky guy looks slower than he is,to the naked eye a large object always looks slower. But slicker fighters than Foreman couldn't land good punches on Vitali. Besides he has the chin not to be bombed out with one punch, Foreman needs to land good shots repeatedly. If noone, not even Lewis, could outland Vitali, I don't see Foreman doing it and he is not going to win if he lands fewer punches. Vitali's weird angles and workrate would take their toll, TKO 11.

I would say that the young Foreman would win by an EARLY ko. Vitali not moblile,or crafty, enough to get out of the way,or cover up.

I agree that he would lose, but I don't think it would necessarily be the one sided beat down that it appears on the surface. There have been several aging and decoditioned fighters that have taken Vitali rounds, and I think Foreman's revised comeback style involving the cross armed defense, better clinching techniques, and straiter punches might carry him to the cards, and even permit him to land several decent shots here and there.
