I don't think his ability has really been in doubt. He just has not had the chance to showcase it on a reagular bassis against the best.

I dont underrate him i have him a solid #3 on my pfp list.... but please dude slow your role on saying hed murder Canizales.... Canizales was never stopped,much less even knocked down in his lengthy HOF career. Let him beat Mares-Agbeko winner and a few other guys before making such claims... But as of know i will have to say his potential is unlimited..

he was never stopped by there is no real puncher in lower weights like donaire

Vasquez had bonafide knockout power at featherweight...something Donaire has yet to prove.

No way does a prime Canizales offer up his chin on a platter like Montiel and Darchinyan did either.

Maybe one day ill accept Nonito beats Orlando prime for prime...but easily? No way pal, that's even more silly than the type of nationalistic rubbish you usually spew asero.

I've been a bit sparse lately so i don't know anything about him being underrated, but my opinion is that he is great (or will be remembered as or whatever, you get my point)
