None of the training section guys appart from you are pros. Most of us go only four rounds, which is an entire different approach.

First of i am not a pro but i will give my advice.

Do your roadwork every morning. Do 3 interval running days (400m and 800m), one sprint day (hills or 100m and 200m sprints), and 2 distance running days. A good roadwork program is essential. Try to work your way up to 10x400m sprints.

Train hard in the gym every day. Spar a lot. But dont spar 12 rounds every day. maybe do 8 rounds one day,4 rounds the next (at a furious pace),and the next day 12 (with different sparring partners to maintain intensity) etc. Hit the bags hard,do plenty of floor exercises (pushups situps chinups neck work etc). Do everything at maximum intensity.

Taper off the week before the fight and u will be fine.

Good luck

Boxexpert you been floating around speaking a lot of shit for a while...
your not a pro you speak shit...

1.) Who is your manager/promoter?
2.) If you were pro you would have your own trainer
3.) Where do you live?
3.) Whats you record/stats?

I agree with this if you've boxed long enough to fight 8 rounders you should know that for 8 you train for 10 and so on. I've seen pros in the gym training for 4 and they wouldn't ask this question in the gym let alone on the net, they have a trainer who sets up the schedule leading up to the fight.

Why do you work without a trainer? Necessity, or did you chose to do so? Do you work outside of your boxing? Who corners you during fights?

A lot of questions, just I want to know more about how it works.
