Well thats true I guess. I agree its probably a case of nip it in the bud. And the likes of Daley & Barnett are fucked when their contracts are up

Strikeforce was becoming a legitimate alternative for big name MMA fighter's. This is good for the fans but lack of competition means fighter's will suffer when it comes time to negotiate contracts.

I doubt he will do either. Fedor still has a few fights left on his contract. Dana said StrikeForce will honor their contracts. He said that the UFC will not co-promote, but StrikeForce will continue with it's events as scheduled.

Dana said there will be no co-promoting, and no allowing fighters to move back and forth from org to org. Dana said that the UFC may pick up some fighters when their StrikeForce contracts have ended, and that StrikeForce may perform likewise.
