Cotto doesn't really belong at 154. He would do better by going back down to 147. In a PR newspaper, it said he lost 25lbs in the training camp, but that he needed to be careful not to get too light during hard training.

not every boxer looks ripped. i would say cotto needs to go back down to 147 if he can, but mayorga looks ok at 154.
