Default Fighter or the Camp?

I don't post much on this forum I tend to just browse it instead.

I have been wondering though how much does a training camp add to the fighters success and how much is it the fighters natural ability.

Lets take the Jon Jones for example, Very good fighter and the youngest champion in the UFC. If Jones was to join another camp and start a there training reigme, do you think he would be the same fighter he is or would the camp totally change his style?

This question has been ticking in the back of my mind recently so any feedback would be appreciated.

It helps but it wont take a guy with no ability, no work ethic etc and make him a star.
