Default Training routines on non-gym days @ Home

I'm curious if anyone here follow a strength training program that consists only of (or mostly of) bodyweight exercises I've never been a fan of weights and I would like to see if any of the others here follow a different/unique regime. I saw the rossboxing one and the beginner's guide on here, but I'm curious if any of the fighters/trainees here have their own outline and variation. Right now my home workout consists of:

(A.M.)
- I wake up, have a glass of juice, and then go for a 20/30-minute jog (normally) across the hills. When I get back, I have breakfast, take a shower, and get ready for work. This is done 6 days a week, whether I'm at the gym or not. I sleep in every Sunday and watch NFL Football during this time of year. No Running, No Exercise, No Work at all. I Never bike.

(P.M.)
- Jump-Rope, Stretches, and Light Shadow-Boxing for a good 20+ minutes to warm myself up.

- Bagwork: Normally 6X3 for Heavybag (depends how I feel, I will go over and under some days) and then I do the Speedbag for as long as I want. It's my favorite part of the workout. I don't know why.

- I Finish off with a circuit of pushups, situps, squats, pullups, and chinups.
An average day is about 360 reps in the circuit (100, 100, 100, 30, 30).

Any input/workouts that I can add would be appreciated.

Add some burpees in there, and some sprints.

I second that, plus add whatever you can think off. Chopping wood, biking, rowing, etc, etc. etc. Mix it up. The only perfect workout is sparring, the rest is suboptimal. Some will say strength is more important, some will say agility is more important, some will favor speed. They're probably all wrong, so train them all in as many ways as you can.

hmm...your workout is similar to mine. Except I stopped doing squats because I didn't think they helped. your routine looks good....and the day of rest is definitely good. you could add hand strengthening (I know some people on here will bash me for it, w.e)...like hitting a wooden post, not hard, just enough to feel it...or, as my trainer does, hitting your hand with a hammer....also, do neck....like yes and no's.

I'm not objective btw. Anyone who claims to be objective is a liar.

It ****es me off enough when I hit my hand with a hammer by accident. You've got to be a complete **** to go out of your way to do it.

I do sprint twice a week as a substitute for the morning runs. I still do it in the morning though.

RDJ I don't have a bike, but there is a lake nearby that rents out boats for $5 if I wanted to do that. I have never rowed a boat before though - done all my fishing on motor boats . I used to do sledgehammer work instead of cutting wood, but I stopped doing it because I need to go and get another tire.

I don't know if I have enough heart to punch trees/wooden posts, eat the heads off chickens, drink bull ****, kiss old bricks, or smash my hands with hammers or anything like that though. Thanks for the input though
