Liakhovich will not compete with the best of the division again from my POV. Guys like the Klitschkos, Povetkin, Adamek, Haye and Solis have too much for him. His best hope would be a big win against someone like Chagaev or Chambers, but I wouldn't make him the favourite in either of those fights. At this point I'd just like to see the guy win a few more fights and make some money without ending up in the same ring as a top 5 heavyweight. Liakhovich-Holyfield sounds pretty appealling to me, now I think of it...

Doesn't matter who Liahkovich signs with, as long as he ignores his trainer and keeps on that dirtbah manager of his Ivaylo Gotsev, he'll never be in a significant fight again.
He had his chance to redeem himself against Valuev, instead he stood still and was Valuev's heavy bag for 12 rounds. His prime consisted of 1 single fight. Pathetic. |

Solis has not proven himself as a pro period. His best fight was getting knocked out in the first round by Vitali Klitschko with a right hook to the temple. So, that makes Solis the best heavyweight living today?

Areola-Liakhovich anyone? That's another fight I'd love to see!

Not sure who I've got after that... maybe a couple of new entries... maybe JC Gomez is back in... he did win 5 fights last year (or so I read). |

Something interesting here. In light of Liackovich's usccess, it seems that a few Belerussian heavies have discovered boxing:
