Eckhard dagge became world champion drinking beer is there any other fighter's that have won a world championship or have been a contender while drinking beer.

Except for the occasional saint, didn't know a fighter in the '40s 'n '50s who didn't smoke an drink.

Could barely see through the cigarette 'n cigar smoke in gyms.

Jose Napoles was a big drinker as far as I know.....Eder Jofre always drinks wine at late night, until today....but just small doses...

Holmes loves his beer ... in training for the Tyson bout he was quoted in the papers saying he was taking his training so seriously that he was only drinking one beer a day ...
