Default Archie looks fantastic vs Slade in 1952

I think this is at/close to his peak form/peak weight. He really demonstrates all of his crafty and clever moves, skills, and punches in this fight, and his reflexes/speed appears to be top notch. He also now in 1952 has that veteran confidence and savvy.

Thanx GreatA

Moore just worked Slade over with a steady battering. The awkward Slade did a good job nullifying Moore's vaunted right hand but Archie was happy to do the job with his left. You could see that Moore was not really over-extending himself in this fight but was content on going for the decision if the knockout wouldn't come.

A master craftsman - like a mechanic working over an engine - a tap here a yank there - tip and tapping away taking it apart until he finds the weak point - like a mechanic knows engines inside out he knew fighters inside out and he knew what was required, and where to look and when - and he had the wherewithall to be able to go about his work at his own pace - never rushed - and like a very very good mechanic you always have 100% confidence he knows exactly what he's doing - Archie knew what he was doing in there better than anyone
