Can Yuri Barashian upset Thomas Ulrich on the Nov.30????

so now i start wondering........is this a good fight???

for all i know, barashian is a talented fighter and ulrich mandatory for the EBU belt.
but his record doesnt impress........wins over mostly c and d-level fighters. and losses to the better ones.

at 28, he is hitting his prime! and ulrich is beatable for sure.

so does this guy have a shot?? or is this just a beatdown???

Wasnt this for the vacant EBU belt ???!!

Cant they just get somebody else ranked by them in at late notice and let Barashian fight for the belt anyway and then if he wins, make his first defence against Ulrich when he is fit ?? ... That would make sense to me.

No, Ulrich won the vacant EBU- belt against the French Kanfouah, and defended it against the Italian bum Turchi via 1st round KO. Barashian is a normal title defense if I remember right...

Barashian ? He scored a knockdown against Stieglitz,and gave him hell in their encounter.He can punch and box,but is a relatively slow and predictable fighter.
Cant take a punch though.

Tough nut to crack,but it is fair to say that he will be the underdog against the German.

Yuri is a southpaw to boot, he's got pop in both fists, and as you said he's now in his prime. Ulrich is faded after getting KOed, Barashian has a very good shot at claiming the EBU crown, though Ulrich should be the favourite.

Barashian is slow,and Ullrich should be able to connect with some good punches.We all know that Ullrich is a very wayward and unpredictable fighter.You never know for sure which version of Ullrich turns up for a fight.Lets assume that one of the better version of Ullrich shows up for that upcomming fight! The Ukranian can certainly take a punch,but I for my part somehow doubt that he can cope with Ullrich's skills,fast hands,and good eye.

hopefully he will upset him. but ulrich has canceled the fight once more,so its not gonna happen.

that guy is worse than paris hilton,if things dont go the way he wants, he simply cancels the fight
