Penn is awesome, but he needs to register a win against a top 5 opponent before getting a top 5 ranking. I think Penn could defeat Alves, and would love to see that fight happen.

I wouldn't put Penn above Alves, but saying that he is going through a dry spell at the moment, but even saying that, so is Penn.
