Way to exhausting bro and in this heat, you don't want to dehydrate yourself.

It's best if you train after you break your fast.

Have a good Ramadhan

I believe Amir Khan did his training at night during Ramadan, could be wrong though.

I'd say the water restriction is the most serious disadvantage. If you were allowed to drink water during the day then i would say no problem to train - but it's my understanding you can't.

Yeah, I don't think you would do too well with all that fasting and the lack of water during the day, especially with it being the middle of summer over there. Seeing as the vast majority of gyms don't open during the night, you might need to consider ramadan as a break from regular training. Still keep up as best you can with your conditioning and fitness during the night, and use whatever resources you have got at home, like a heavybag, to work a bit on your technique and combinations.

Maybe even try and find some other Muslim boxers in your area that would be willing to train at night?

I really can't see it being a good idea to train for boxing whilst fasting....specially with this heat.

Paterson convinced the pair that his ability to train or play would not be compromised, because Ramadan allows necessary exceptions based on employment - and particularly so for first-timers.
