National boxing leauge

they need to create something like the nfl but for boxing, 32 teams, each team has 5 fighters for each weight class, and fights all year long.

Could actually be pretty good..
Boxing may not be a team sport, but everything to get the top fighters to fight eachother on a regular basis

I dont really like the team aspect, although it works in the ams (WSB etc.). When I first got into bxoing as youngster, I always thought it should be like footy, with divisions of say 10 participants of the same level, all having to take each other on over a pre determined period of time and using a points system, with the eventual winner being declared champion.

Me neither actually..
But if it could force everyone to fight eachother, and if we could get top level fights every weekend, then i wouldnt complain..
