I think you are gonna see this more. Some will do it cause they feel it's true, others to smear. To some extent it may be. However in this case, it just looks bad after the loss, to say well dude is on gear/peds.
Thing is even if they do test blood, say 6 weeks before even up to the night of the fight, according to Conte, timing wise it's not gonna make a difference, cause that's not when a fighter who knows what he is doing is gonna use gear/peds to build.

Not sure what the solution is. Maybe that new urine test that picks up EPO/HGH better in the past will help dispel all this banter, cause this is just getting ugly.

I thought Vic looked like a different fighter that night. Not just physically, but more aggressive and fearless than I remember him ever being, which resonated because despite Andre's flaws, he was still a very live champion with the potential to starch a guy with one shot and Vic appeared oblivious to this threat.

It's not impossible that Ortiz found some sort of inspiration for that fight which allowed for his supreme confidence. However, considering his prior tribulation(s), it seemed outta place.

I like Victor Ortiz and gave him the benifit-of-doubt, with his decision to not continue against Marcos Maidana.

Im a fan of him, but Id be lying if I said I didnt think something was amuck in that Berto fight. I truly hope im wrong, but that's how I see it.
