Anytime.
Just dont go perfectly timing your takedowns when I strike, be constantly post shotting, fighting of sub attempts and looking to improve the postions, from guard, to half guard to side control. And when I take your back, dont you dare sweep to regain the dominant position. Cuz dat sheeeeeet iz borhin, ae

When you don't personally like a wrestler his style is called lay and pray. When you like him, his style is called ground and pound.

I ****ing hate Guida, and in the past he can be accused of l'n'p. But last night was one of his best performances and was not lay and pray

I noticed a couple fights ago that he was trying to finish his opponent. It really showed in the Gomi fight.

I still hate him, but credit where its due, he is improving. He may not be capable of finishing the top guys, but he is trying

Guida didn't much from top because Pettis has a much more active guard than Penn, and was always looking for submission or to control him. He did great to avoid the submissions and maintain the dominant position but more importantly he was always looking to improve his position. He was clearly looking to pass guard and when he had the chance moved quickly to take Pettis back even though the fight was won.
he didnt have to improve position he was beating penns ass just fine where he was.

Pettis was continously going for subs and strikes off the bottom. I think he should have won the first round.
