Cotto doesn't have the defense to beat Floyd. Or the skills for that matter. He can trouble Floyd a bit early, but he's too basic. Floyd would figure him out and time him more and more.

Cotto is the most overrated fighter on ESB next to Mikkel Kessler. Didnt win his first real championship I.e beating a champion for a belt until he beat a one legged yuri foreman.

Has one impressive win over Mosley who he barely edged in his career. His 2nd greatest victory is arguably Zab Judah lol.

The Oscar that Floyd fought would have beaten possibly stopped Cotto.

Cotto at no point in his career was any match for Floyd. The guy was chased around the ring by Joshua Clottey lol.

Yes, but they always use Cotto's cut above the eye as an excuse for his poor performance. Cotto beat Clottey soundly the round after the headbutt, and had him over 2 minutes in the corner in the 6th round and couldn't finish him.

to me Cotto never had an offensive problem so I don't understand why he went with stewart, but this guys defense has so many leaks in it, it's hard to see him not get hit by right hands all day. I saw Cotto outbox Mosley, but get hit by the same fucking punch the same fucking way, from the same fucking angle.
