Cotto doesn't have the defense to beat Floyd. Or the skills for that matter. He can trouble Floyd a bit early, but he's too basic. Floyd would figure him out and time him more and more.

Cotto is the most overrated fighter on ESB next to Mikkel Kessler. Didnt win his first real championship I.e beating a champion for a belt until he beat a one legged yuri foreman.

Has one impressive win over Mosley who he barely edged in his career. His 2nd greatest victory is arguably Zab Judah lol.

The Oscar that Floyd fought would have beaten possibly stopped Cotto.

Cotto at no point in his career was any match for Floyd. The guy was chased around the ring by Joshua Clottey lol.

Yes, but they always use Cotto's cut above the eye as an excuse for his poor performance. Cotto beat Clottey soundly the round after the headbutt, and had him over 2 minutes in the corner in the 6th round and couldn't finish him.

Totally agree. And I think Floyd stops Cotto at this point.

Floyd ducked Cotto right before he retired for the first time. No need to give Floyd credit for something he never would have done. he wanted NO part of a prime Cotto. Thats why his fag ass retired.

**** your faget ass back to sucking Cotto's **** bitch.

Cotto ducked floyd, he never wanted any of him, floyd beats cotto in 2005/2007/2009/2011. It dont matter what weight or what year, floyd has too much skill for cotto.

But a bitchass inbred like you dont know shit about boxing, so explaining something like this is pointless.

And the FLOMO'S go wild!!!! they even pulled DLH out their ass...like he was on his prime or some shit lol, and didnt cotto fight mosley like 3 years before floyd did,but we are all sure it was the same version rightDamn he disposed of judah in a more convincing fashion too, along with having the 3 top names in the ww division at the time in his resume(margarito, clottey,PACQUIAO) win or loose....so there you have it, we can all agree now that floyd will shit all over anybody without even fighting them and we can all confirm this when he faces............................................Ortiz?!?!

Still ****en burns me this fight never took place... (07-09)
EVEN tho I might think it, Won't give Floyd a pass "WIN" in this fight.

Still would like to watch this.
IMO, Cotto has the style to trouble Mayweather & also Floyd don't have enough offense to take MC out of his comfort zone.

to me Cotto never had an offensive problem so I don't understand why he went with stewart, but this guys defense has so many leaks in it, it's hard to see him not get hit by right hands all day. I saw Cotto outbox Mosley, but get hit by the same ****ing punch the same ****ing way, from the same ****ing angle.

He always needed a better trainer than his uncle, cotto practically trained himself through the better half of his career.
