You really don't know shit about boxing, Marquez was robbed of 2 close victories

Is this a joke thread? I'm guessing you never saw the fights.

I voted "NO", but I'm pretty sure Pac will pull of a "Margarito mercy" on him if it comes to that.

It's should be a KO or nothing else.
Any other result and Pac would've disappointed his fans twice in a row.

Maybe he should start with just beating him without the help of judges first?

You probably don't comprehend boxing.

What does it tell you when Marquez goes down 3 times and still manages a draw?

So answer me straight, you actually think that it will still be a close fight this time?

Maybe jmm pulls off an upset. Maybe jmm gets stopped for the first time in his career. My point is it's an interesting fight, jmm has looked good in his last few fights, let's see what happens. No one has a monopoly on what "real boxing fans" should watch or think. It's subjective. Not every match is gonna be a career defining fight, some match ups don't do sh!t for ur legacy, but I'm not watching it for "legacy" I'm watching it for "entertainment" and all I know is u get jmm, and manny pac in a ring together, u get entertainment.

Its gonna be a competitive fight in my eyes more so than the floyd fight. the point i was making was that this is just another fight for pac (he is again the heavy favourite) and not a legacy defining fight that will boost him up the ATG rankings ahead of Ali like a lot of pactards will start to say after this fight and pac has won.

I also understand pac had bigger fish to fry and didnt need to fight Marquez again but in the eyes of the boxing world/fans/critics if he was going to make the trilogy it should not be now it should have been 2 years ago. and even though its being made now, why at 144? at least have it at 140 to let JMM retain some of his speed (i know he will weigh in heavier than 140 fight night but thats another story!!)

Also i scored the first bout a Draw and the second pac by a point. I think Pac will stop JMM late on in the third bout.

You (whomever's alt this is) are at par with the TS as far as nuthugging is concerned.
They were extremely close fights, and I think Pac won both of them fair and square, calling any of it a "robbery" however is plain idioitic.
Pac was actually robbed of the first victory due to a judge's scoring error.

If anything, those two close fights against Pac gave JMM the highest pay day of his life time come November.
Good for him. Bad for the fans.

Yep. I expect JMM to win 8-4 or 7-5 rounds but end up losing another decision. Too much money to be made with a PBF looming next year.

All of you will be surprised to see Pac is still the same fighter and the match making is what makes him seem so "improved".

You better prepare for the shock of your life then.
I have nothing against JMM winning, but I'm pretty sure your "vision" won't happen.

It doesnt make sense though, why would marquez be better vs pacquiao now than 3 years ago, even if pac is the same guy marquez won't be the same guy with 3 added years and 14 added pounds, even if he comes in light, the weight will be an issue.
I think pacquiao beats him 116-112 type decision or stops him late. Marquez is tough guy that is capable of outboxing pacquiao but at this point his chances are slimmer than they were 3 years ago.
