Default new training schedule

recently i have had my schedule set up to go with my job ( 2nd shift / afternoons ) i would wake up- run then eat breakfast and relax then do my workouts - off to work . Now as of today i changed my shift and i work overnight and so i would like to change my schedule to waking up running or workout - work - running or workout -sleep.

so i guess my question is should i run or workout after i wake up?
i am open to any suggestions .

Whatever’s easier for convenience......... you just need vitamin D from either the sun or supplements.

When you wake up it’s either morning/night on the other side of the Earth.........

......... Why can’t you do the same as before?
