Thanks... Roger has a great, great talent there. He might not be the most articulate man in the world communication wise but I love that, style... makes lots of sense- trains muscle memory and reactions very well... Got lots to work on tonight now ta!!!

ah yes, i have this dvd. if you take notice he breaks down the check hook in this video. to all you bastards who said otherwise, its catching the left hook with the right hand and then throwing your own left hook. not sure which part it is but i think its when hes with the chick
