The 'box fit' in the name should tell you that they aren't meant for serious training. Those are more meant for women that do it once or twice a week for fitness and don't hit very hard, or do a lot of rounds on the bags.

So if that's what you're going to use them for they should be fine, but if you're a boxer or have any sort of power they won't hold up very long.
